In order to activate the partnership of Retal Urban Development Company with the National Housing Company, and as an extension of our role in providing adequate housing for Sakani beneficiaries, the development of the Nesaj Town Riyadh project came in order for customers to enjoy unique lifestyles. The project is located in a strategic location in the suburb of Al Jwan, north of Riyadh. Nasaj Town Riyadh includes 695 residential villas in five types. The construction area of ​​the first and second types is 342 SQM, while the third and fourth types have a construction area of ​​336 SQM in addition to the Twin House model. The project has many public facilities such as mosques, parks, gardens, sports centers, and retail spaces
