The project is designed to ensure the highest levels of comfort for customers, as the project includes 1,653 residential units, with three types designed in a variety of sizes and features. The first type is an independent villa with a construction area of 340 SQM, the second type has a construction area of 308 SQM, and the third type with a building area of 297.5 SQM.
