Through it, we aim to develop the project on a total land area of ​​349,188 square meters.Retal Urban Development Company intended to develop an affordable housing project located in a Strategic location nearby Al Ahsa airport Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The new Development potential is to be constructed on a total land area of 352,979 m2, with a total BUA of 322,480 m2 on a single staged development, the project contains approximately 347 villas with three housing types over G+1.5 Floors. The land is owned by Blom invest fund, and it has been distributed between two developers, Innovest and Retal, to develop around 2,000 units
