Project Overview

We faced a significant challenge in “The Grand” project and exerted tremendous effort. Initially consisting of two residential towers, each with 12 floors, the plan was altered by the Arab Open University to have one tower serve as the university building. In response to this change, we mobilized our resources and directed our team to manage the operational changes, project transformation, and adaptation of its services and facilities to meet the university’s requirements within a record time frame.
